You paid for licences. You ran a training session. Somebody generated a LinkedIn post with it. Then nothing.

It is not that AI does not work. It is that you were sold an AI that knows nothing about you.

A model that has read the whole internet and none of your contracts cannot write your technical bid. A chat that ignores your price list will never produce a quote. A tool that cannot see your bank will never tell you what is due to come in this month.

Generic AI is a vitamin. It is sold to you as a painkiller.

Useful AI is forged on your data, not on other people’s. Your documents are your advantage. They must never serve to train your neighbour’s model.

Two.

An assistant is judged on one thing only: is the team still using it three weeks later. Not on features, not on the number of models, not on the demo.

Three.

Your data stays in France, and you can leave whenever you want. A provider who cannot promise you that is not a provider, it is a dependency.
