At Forgeron3, ethics and transparency are at the heart of our approach to artificial intelligence (AI). This Charter aims to ensure responsible use and respect for fundamental rights.
/ 2.1Core principles
We inform users when AI is used, for example through a chatbot or automated analysis tools.
Our AI systems meet impartiality criteria and avoid any discriminatory bias.
The data processed by our AI tools complies with the requirements of the GDPR and is kept secure.
/ 2.2Forgeron3 commitments
We design AI tools capable of providing clear explanations of their decisions, for example through technical fact sheets.
Anonymisation or pseudonymisation of data is systematically applied to guarantee confidentiality.
We exclude any use contrary to ethics or European regulations (e.g. intrusive facial recognition, algorithmic discrimination).
/ 2.3Obligations of users of our tools
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the GDPR.
- Inform their own users where AI tools are used for automated decisions or recommendations.
- Not to use our tools for purposes prohibited by the European AI Act (e.g. exploitation of people's vulnerabilities).
/ 2.4Handling of sensitive data
Processing involving sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) requires specific authorisation and enhanced safeguards. Where in doubt, our DPO is available to support our customers in the ethical use of AI.
