GDPR by construction. Access, deletion and exit planned from day one.
Reversible. You leave whenever you want, with everything, in a readable format.
If your AI provider cannot put these four lines in writing, ask them why.
02 In detail
What we commit to, point by point.
Hosted in France The platform is hosted in data centres located in France, in Strasbourg and Gravelines. No data outside the European Union.
No training Your documents are never used to train a model: not at Forgeron3, not at a model provider.
Security Encryption of sensitive data, restricted access, two-factor authentication.
Retention Your data is kept for the duration of the contract, then one year after the relationship ends, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights Access, rectification, erasure, objection: write to our data protection officer, dpo@forgeron3.fr.
Transparent AI You always know when you're talking to an AI. Our assistants cite their sources and say when they don't know.
03 What we refuse
Three things we will not do.
We would rather say it before signing. It saves you discovering it in month three.

Forge an assistant without your data.That is called ChatGPT, and you already have it.

Promise it replaces someone.It gives time back to the people already there.

Launch without human review.Sensitive output goes through a human, or we do not launch.
