What does the monthly "platform" cover?
Hosting in France, the models, seat management, SSO authentication, connectors (Slack, Teams, Drive, DMS), the usage dashboard, audit logs, French support, backups and security updates.
How are credits calculated?
Credits cover real usage: document ingestion, conversations, active seats over the month. The simulator gives a projection per item. You don't pay an inflated "just in case" package.
Is onboarding mandatory?
No. If you're self-serve, you pay platform + credits, and that's it. Onboarding is a separate service, on quote, for teams who want a fast and guided start.
What exactly does "custom" mean?
Custom development on the AI core, integration with a business system not covered by the standard connectors, R&D blocks coming from our lab partnership. Quote and timeline case by case.
Can on-premise be rolled out quickly?
Yes. The platform is designed to run equally well on sovereign cloud or your own infrastructure. Plan for 6 to 12 weeks depending on deployment size and security requirements.
Is there a minimum commitment?
On the platform: none, 30-day cancellation. On onboarding and custom work: a commitment for the duration of the project (typically 3 to 6 months). Export and reversibility guaranteed in every case.
What payment methods do you accept?
Monthly SEPA, annual bank transfer (-10%), credit card for small volumes. Purchase orders accepted for mid-market companies and public sector. Eligible for French public procurement procedures.
Can we test before committing?
Yes. 20-minute demo on one of your real documents, then a two-week trial on a full assistant, with no payment upfront.
