You hang up with a customer, send them an email, and promise yourself you will call back in ten days. Creating the task, choosing the date, finding the right contact: that is the step you put off, and the follow-up is never set. That is often where a deal is lost.
Say it in one sentence, in the conversation where you are discussing that customer. The assistant immediately prepares the task card: a title, the date read from your sentence, the contact concerned, and you as owner. If the date falls on a weekend, it moves it to the Monday and tells you. You adjust if needed, then confirm.
How it works
- 01In an exchange about a customer, type “set me a follow-up in 10 days” or “I’m calling him on Thursday, put that in for me”.
- 02The assistant reads the date, and the time if you give it (“Tuesday morning”); without a date, the deadline is set five working days ahead.
- 03After an email prepared by the assistant, the follow-up targets the contact that email is addressed to.
- 04Change the date, the person or the title on the card if needed, then confirm with one click.
