A postponed trade show, a customer asking for another month, a week of holiday: suddenly, ten deadlines need moving. Record by record, that means long minutes of clicking. And a single forgotten date is enough to skew the pipeline or make a follow-up fall at the wrong moment.
After a list of opportunities or tasks, simply give the new date. The assistant prepares a card with one line per record: the current date crossed out, the new one beside it. Records already on the right date are left out. You untick the ones to keep, you apply, and “Undo all” restores the original dates if needed.
How it works
- 01Display the relevant list, then filter it if needed: “which ones are on 30 October?”.
- 02Give the new date: “move them to 30 November”, or directly “move my overdue tasks to Monday”.
- 03Check the card, untick the lines not to change, then click “Apply”.
- 04The result is shown line by line; “Undo all” restores the previous dates.
