Routines: tasks that run on their own

Some requests come back every day or every week: the morning email summary, Monday's monitoring, the update on overdue files. Asking for them each time wastes time, and forgetting them is worse.

A routine is a scheduled task entrusted to an assistant. You choose the assistant that carries it out, the knowledge base it consults, the schedule, and what it is allowed to do: only read, or write as well. The routine runs on its own and the result is waiting for you.

How it works

  1. 01Open Routines and create a new scheduled task.
  2. 02Describe what needs to be done, then choose the assistant and the knowledge base to use.
  3. 03Set the schedule: every morning, every Monday, once a month.
  4. 04Choose the permission level, read-only or write, then activate the routine.

Come with a need.

Twenty minutes. We start from what you already have, not from a spec you still have to write.
