A salesperson spends part of the day searching their CRM: finding a record, rereading the latest exchanges, counting what is left to do. A manager wants to know where the pipeline stands without opening ten screens. And every entry put off until later ends up skewing the figures.
The CRM Assistant connects to your CRM and answers questions asked in everyday language. It displays a customer's record with its contacts and opportunities, traces the history of exchanges, builds a dashboard limited to what you ask for and lists your tasks. When it suggests creating something, a card waits for your click before writing.
How it works
- 01Ask your question as you would ask a colleague, for example “Which of my tasks are overdue?” or a customer's name.
- 02The assistant searches your CRM and displays the record, history or dashboard that answers the question.
- 03To create a company, a contact, an opportunity, a note or a task, it prepares a card that you confirm with one click.
- 04A creation confirmed by mistake can be reversed with the card's “Cancel” button.
