“What do I have to do today?” A filter on today's date often answers “nothing”, while overdue tasks are waiting right next to it. A list cut off after the first few lines, or tasks nobody has in their name, and a follow-up slips through the cracks. Sometimes, along with it, a customer.
The assistant reads all your open tasks, not just the first ones, and answers with a schedule: overdue items first, then what is due today, then what comes next. It groups them by type, calls, emails or follow-ups, and suggests where to start. It also spots tasks with no owner, across the whole CRM or on your own accounts only.
How it works
- 01Ask “What do I have to do today?” or “Where do I start?”.
- 02The assistant sorts your tasks: overdue first, then today, then upcoming deadlines, with their dates.
- 03To miss nothing, ask “list the tasks with no owner among my companies”.
- 04A clearly mistyped deadline is flagged as not filled in, so that you can correct it in the CRM.
