Back from a trade show, the pile of business cards waits on the desk. Entering them one by one, the company first, then the contact, takes time, and many end up in a drawer. Each one is a prospect who will never be followed up.
Attach the photo or PDF of the card to your message. The assistant reads the text, even on a card that was photographed and then saved as a PDF, and prepares a single creation card: the company and its linked contact. It keeps the printed name rather than a name guessed from the email address. If the company already exists, the contact is linked to it.
How it works
- 01Attach the photo or PDF of the business card, with for example “create the company and its contact”.
- 02The assistant reads the card and prepares a single proposal: “Create the company and its contact”.
- 03Review it, then confirm with one click: the company is created, then the contact linked to it.
- 04A mistake? “Cancel” removes the contact, then the company; if the company already existed, only the contact is removed.
