Changing an opportunity's date, linking a contact or correcting a phone number meant opening the CRM, finding the record and going through its fields. In the middle of a conversation, that detour breaks the rhythm. And when the record to link does not exist yet, you have to create it elsewhere before coming back.
Ask for a change in the chat: a form opens in the conversation, with your CRM's fields and their current values. Links to a company, a contact or an owner are chosen by typing a name, and a missing record can be created from the list. The same form is used to create a record. Nothing is saved before you click.
How it works
- 01Type, for example, “Edit the Marseille trade show opportunity”, or click “Edit” on a customer record.
- 02The form opens with the current values: correct the relevant fields without leaving the conversation.
- 03To link a record, type its name; if it does not exist, choose “+ Create”: it is created, then linked.
- 04Click “Save”; the “Cancel” button then restores the previous values if you change your mind.
